How long Does the battery last?

The large 24000 mAh battery can start the vehicle for you up to 50 times when you are fully charged. For example, when you got this product Oct. 29th. On the 30th you charged it up and threw it in the truck. And here we are on Dec 24th and it's still got a 100%. That's after being in a truck that has been outside in sub-zero degree weather on multiple days.

What’s the diference between T8 Apex and T8 MAX?

T8 MAX is suitable for Light-Duty Truck (8.5L Gasoline/6.0L Diesel), T8 Apex is suitable for Sports Car (10.0L Gasoline/8.0L Diesel). Pls check the Parameters Table for more details.

How do I activate the manual override mode when the battery is dead?

Press both the power button and light button at the same time for 3s to get force output, when the 'start‘ indication is shown on the screen, start the vehicle.

What might cause the ‘ERROR’ indicator to turn on?

Normally, the ’ERROR‘ indicator will be activated when a reverse polarity, a short circuit, an overheating, or an overcurrent situation occurs.

Can I use T8 MAX to charge my phone or tablet?

Yes, T8 MAX includes both standard USB and USB type-C output ports. You can charge any mobile device simply by connecting it to one of these two ports. For high-power charging via the USB-C port, a cable that supports fast charging will be required.
